Dr Kiril Hinov is founder of the first digital medical assistance company in Bulgaria. He has a vast experience in the health management and administration. He has graduated in Medical University of Pleven in 1992. In the past years he has been ranked in different positions in healthcare and in Ministry of Health, including General secretary of Regional office of the Ministry. Recently he has created Innovative medical center The Doctors, who s slogan is Watching over your Health. His mission is real time patient assistance with newest tele-medical technologies.
