Sylvia Ilieva is professor at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics and Director of GATE Institute in Sofia University "St. Kl. Ohridski". She was team leader of BSc and MSc Software Engineering programs creation in compliance with ACM/IEEE recommendations. She was supervisor of more than 200 MSc thesises. She has a good record of successful participation in over 20 European research and education projects.
