Lora Georgieva is part of the IT, media and telecommunications and personal data protection team working group at Penkov, Markov & Partners.

Ms. Georgieva takes part in the development of various advisory opinions and projects in the field of personal data for a number of clients of the Law Firm and is part of the team providing practical and targeted training to the clients of Penkov, Markov & Partners

.As part of the personal data protection team, Lora Georgieva registers and re-registers companies as personal data controllers at CPDP, provides legal assistance with CPDP inspections, prepares documentation regarding transfers of personal data and provides legal advice to Bulgarian and foreign clients of the Law Firm.
